Some of your movies exported without compression may be too big to either upload to Vimeo or Youtube or even play at the final presentation, so I recommend that you export as MP4 compression.
Follow this tutorial, and when you come to the FORMAT box choose MP4 rather than Animation or H.264.
So in the Output Module you click Quicktime and then click the fomat box and choose MP4
Audio not working properly? Maybe becuase it is an MP3 (read post below) Fix it following the steps on this link.
This link explains a little about working with audio. I dont expect you to do anything fancy with the audio - as AE is not the best tool for this. If you want to learn more then do read through the whole post.
NOTE: If you are having problems with sound it may be that you are using MP3 and AE sometimes does not support this compression. Your audio files need to be a WAV files, so I suggest that you read my next post on converting to WAVS
